## What is SpeedL?

## Is SpeedL a decision-tree tool?

No. Decision trees or graph nodes may appear as an implementation subset. The product is process simulation and quantification for enterprise process, training, and ops — not “a decision-tree product.”

## What problem does it solve?

Organizations still rely on tribal knowledge and static SOPs. Signing a document does not mean people can execute under pressure. SpeedL helps pre-drill processes and surface blind spots before real-world loss.

## Who is it for?

Enterprise process, training (L&D), and operations teams — onboarding, risk pre-drill, quality/ops review of how people actually decide along a procedure.

## What is Doc2Sim?

Doc2Sim is a **core technology** used by SpeedL for process quantification (docs/SOPs → drillable, quantifiable scenarios). It is not marketed as a co-equal brand beside SpeedL.

## What inputs does it take?

Enterprise documents such as SOP and training materials (e.g. PDF, Word, PPT — major formats described on the product site).

## What do people do after a simulation is ready?

Employees or trainees walk the process, face decisions under pressure, and results/paths can be reviewed to find real problem points — before those points become incidents.

## Does generative AI alone solve process quantification?

No. Generative models are good at process-like text; reliable formal, drillable, measurable process structure remains hard. SpeedL is built around that gap (see [process quantification](https://speedl.ai/docs/process-quantification.md)).
