# Complete your first learning activity After selecting a stage, read, watch, or play its content. Return to the journey to check the result. Continue here after selecting an available stage in My Journeys. The organizer chooses each stage’s content; a stage does not necessarily include a simulation, PDF, and video together. [Have not found your training yet? Complete the preceding lesson first.](journey-hub.md) ## Start and complete the content 1. Select Start and wait for the content to open. It normally opens in a new tab; if the browser cannot open one, it uses the current tab. 2. For a simulation, read the situation and follow its choices or response prompts until an ending or result screen. Questions vary by content, and reaching any ending does not necessarily clear the stage. Some content saves automatically at fixed points (checkpoints) and cannot be saved before the first one; when you reopen it, select Continue on its title screen and choose a save to return to the latest checkpoint, which may not be the last screen you saw.  A scene from the factory-safety demo. Other materials present different tasks; PDF and video stages use reading or playback screens. 3. For a PDF, read each page and use the next-page and previous-page controls. For a video, use the playback controls to watch it. Required progress depends on the stage settings; opening the content alone is insufficient. 4. When finished, return to the original My journeys tab. If the content opened in the same tab, use the browser's Back action to return. Next, check whether the stage was cleared.
