**SpeedL** is a public product and service from **MeminTech（米民科技）**.

It turns messy documents and tacit knowledge into **clear, drillable processes** so people stop hunting tribal knowledge. Context: process / SOP / decision / drillable-simulatable work — tracking decision behavior and analyzable outcomes.

It is **not** “write a prettier SOP.” It is **not** a decision-tree product; graphs or branch nodes may appear as implementation detail, not as the product definition.
