Our Commitment to Safe AI

SpeedL is an enterprise B2B platform powered by AI. We are committed to deploying AI responsibly, transparently, and in ways that serve the best interests of our users and the organizations they represent. Your use of SpeedL is governed by our Terms of Service.

Content Guidelines

When using SpeedL, you agree to upload only content that you are authorized to process. The following types of content are prohibited on our platform:

  • Content that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Content containing personally identifiable information (PII) of individuals who have not consented to AI processing.
  • Content designed to produce harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive simulations.
  • Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or exploitation.

AI Transparency

In accordance with applicable AI transparency requirements, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, we disclose the following:

  • AI-Generated Content: All simulations produced by SpeedL are generated by artificial intelligence. Content within simulations — including scenarios, dialogue, and decision outcomes — is machine-generated and should be treated as such.
  • AI Provider: SpeedL currently uses large language models provided by OpenAI to process uploaded documents and generate simulation content.
  • Human Oversight: SpeedL is designed as a tool under human control. Administrators must review and approve all AI-generated simulations before deploying them to learners.
  • No Autonomous Decision-Making: SpeedL does not make autonomous decisions about individuals. Simulation outcomes are for training purposes only and do not constitute assessments, evaluations, or decisions affecting any person’s rights or opportunities.

AI Limitations

Like all AI systems, SpeedL’s outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You should:

  • Review all AI-generated simulations before deploying them to your team.
  • Not rely on SpeedL outputs as the sole basis for critical business decisions.
  • Treat simulation results as a training aid, not a substitute for expert professional judgment.

Data Privacy in Simulations

We strongly advise against uploading documents that contain sensitive personal data (e.g., employee records, customer PII, medical information) unless it is essential to your training scenario and you have the appropriate legal basis to do so. For more information on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Deployment

As an administrator or content creator on SpeedL, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring simulations are appropriate for your intended audience.
  • Obtaining necessary consents from learners before collecting their performance data.
  • Complying with your organization's internal policies on AI use and data governance.

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter content on SpeedL that you believe violates these guidelines, or if you have concerns about AI safety or data handling, please contact us immediately:

We take all safety concerns seriously and will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
